Unstoppable (Tony Scott, 2010)
It aint going to win awards but Unstoppable is a perfect example of what a decent action movie should be: a simple premise expanded over ninety minutes. Character development is minimal and for most of it's run time, the film literally moves at a break-neck pace. There are problems with it, mainly in some of the dialogue and Scott's spastic direction (but not epilepsy inducing in the way of, say, Domino or Man on Fire), but it's hard to argue with a movie that's so damn entertaining.
Intense is the word.
