Scared my girlfriend with Christopher Lloyd's still frightening Judge Doom (it's the red eyes man) and made me howl with laughter.
Zemeckis has faltered in recent years (although I'm one of the few people that really liked Beowulf) but his eighties heyday is still ripe with projects to be proud of. I just wish he would give up with his mo-cap obsession and make proper movies again.
A classic kids film back in the days where it was ok to be both fun and very, very dark.
