Film: Carriers (Alex & David Pastor, 2009)
There are no zombies in Carriers, a move that was quite refreshing yet this story of survival is not without its problems. There's no real plot to speak of, just our heroes moving from one moment to another. It feature typical genre tropes: members of the gang begin to succumb to the virus and there are some survivors who have become barbaric with the crumbling of society and, therefore, provide a formidable obstacle. Yet for all its generic fluff, it does nail the tone of the post-apocalyptic horror sub genre and I was happy with it's bleak ending.
Inoffensive run of the mill stuff.
